Meet Ankit: His love of photography comes from deep-rooted family genes - which he received the gift from his Grandpa. Unfortunately, Ankit was not even born when he passed so he didn't get a chance to learn directly from him. His Grandma did preserve most of his work, which she shared with Ankit and he was hooked ever since.
Ankit decided to pursue his passion and opted for formal training in photography which changed his perspective of looking at people, places and things. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Photography from the prestigious Light and Life Academy - in India in 2012.
Ankit is a sensitive observer of people & places who loves to travel and photograph fine art landscapes, black and white, people and portraits, and document weddings.  He believes that the way photography has taught his to observe others, has led him to his second passion in life. Ankit has always wanted to contribute to society and do something meaningful which can impact and change the lives of people in a positive way. So, he decided to become an Education Assistant and enrolled in the Education Assistant program at Capilano University.Â
He is very lucky to have two passions in life!
Ankit's favourite part of any wedding is the intimate interaction with the Bride & Groom and their family members.Â
